Based on the job requirements you provide, our staff will assess the suitability of staff members under the guidance of a certified administrative scrivener and select them.
After the staff to be dispatched is decided, a dispatch contract is concluded between our company and the customer, and the staff enters into an employment contract with our company. Since our company handles labor-related matters such as salary payments and social insurance, this does not require any effort on the part of the customer. This makes it easy to secure long-term, stable human resources.

3. Interview with your company
We will select candidates and offer them a job if they meet the requirements. Interview methods include interviews in Japan, Skype, or directly to the local company for an information session and interview session just for your company.
4. Basic training overseas
After receiving a job offer, you will receive training through our local partners to acquire the basic knowledge necessary for working in Japan until you obtain your visa .

Service Features
0 yen until employment is confirmed
The fee will be charged once the job offer has been made, the job seeker has obtained a visa, and has begun work. If the job seeker resigns within three months, the fee will be refunded.
Recruitment fee 20%
It depends on the field, but the basic amount is 20% of your annual salary. For specific skills visas, registration support services will be provided by a registration support organization. You will be required to pay a management fee as part of the registration support services. The amount varies depending on the type of job.
On-site training cost: 0 yen
For personnel residing overseas, basic on-site training costs are free. Our partners will provide training on-site and support you so that you can quickly become accustomed to the work after arriving in Japan.

Specific skills
"Specified Skilled Worker" is a new status of residence for the purpose of employment to resolve labor shortages . We provide one-stop services including recruitment, visa application, Japanese language education, housing arrangements, and employee benefits.

Overview of specific skills
A new residence status was passed at the extraordinary Diet session in December 2018.
As of April 1, 2019, acceptance has been possible in industrial sectors facing serious labor shortages.
Since application requirements include having Technical Intern Training No. 2/3 or above or passing a certain Japanese language test and technical test, it is possible to hire personnel with a certain level of knowledge.
You can hire full-time staff for a period of five years.
